Lagan nu Bhonu, which means 'Wedding Feast' in Parsi, is a culinary celebration that has been cherished for generations. Rooted in tradition, this five-course feast unfolds a story of community, devotion, and joy — where every dish carries a memory, a ritual, and a flavour unique to Parsi kitchens.

From the tangy freshness of Raspberry Soda and the delicate aromas of Patra ni Macchi, to the hearty richness of Prawn Patio, and the comforting Salli Boti, each course is a harmonious blend of sweet, sour, and spice — a symphony of flavours that delights the senses and nurtures the soul.

Crowning the meal is the Parsi traditional dessert - Ravo - simple, homely and full of nostalgic warmth. More than a meal, Lagan nu Bhonu is an invitation to connect — with the food, with tradition, and with each other — turning dining into a shared story of faith, flavor, and fellowship.

About Jermina:

Jermina Menon is a seasoned business and marketing strategist with over 30 years of experience building impactful brands across retail, real estate, F&B, and tech sectors. She currently leads strategy and marketing at Bhartiya Urban, overseeing key properties like Bhartiya Mall Bengaluru and BCIT Tech Park. She has held leadership roles at Reliance Retail, Virtuous Retail, and Mantri Square and is passionate about mentoring entrepreneurs and supporting women leaders in the marketing and retail community. Jermina is all about sharing the magic of Parsi culture and cuisine. Through the Long Table supper club, Jermina wants to give people a chance to experience the rich flavors of Parsi cuisine and the traditional stories that come with it.
